Refund Policy
1. General Refund Rules
AALA Store offers a transparent and fair refund policy for users who are unsatisfied with their module subscription. Refunds are subject to the following rules and conditions.
2. Refund Eligibility
- Monthly Subscriptions: Refunds are available for the unused portion of the month, provided the refund request is made before the 10th of the month after the billing cycle starts.
- Yearly Subscriptions: Refunds can be issued if the request is made within 60 days of the subscription date. After 60 days, no refunds will be issued. If a refund is approved, the refund will be processed by converting the yearly subscription to a monthly one, and refunding the remaining months of the year.
- Partial Yearly Refund: If the user requests a refund for a yearly subscription after 60 days but before 10 months, a partial refund will be issued for the unused portion of the year, and the module will be converted to a monthly subscription.
3. Refund Process
3.1 Requesting a Refund
Refund requests can be submitted via the user dashboard or by contacting our support team at support@aala.store. The request must include:
- User's account details.
- Module name(s) and subscription date(s).
- Reason for the refund request.
3.2 Refund Approval
All refund requests will be reviewed by our support team. If the request meets the criteria listed in this policy, it will be approved, and the refund will be processed within 7 business days.
3.3 Refund Issuance
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. If that method is no longer available, an alternative refund method will be arranged. Refunds will only be processed in the same currency as the original payment.
4. Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will not be issued under the following circumstances:
- Requests made after the 10th of the month for monthly subscriptions.
- Requests made after 60 days from the subscription start date for yearly subscriptions.
- For used or activated modules where the user has consumed the service or module functionality.
- If the user has breached the Terms of Service or violated any other policies of AALA Store.
- If the refund request is made due to the user’s dissatisfaction with functionality not explicitly covered in the module’s description or advertised features.
5. Prorated Refunds for Deactivation
5.1 Monthly Modules
If a user deactivates a monthly module before the end of the month, they will receive a prorated refund for the unused days, provided the refund request is submitted before the 10th of the month.
5.2 Yearly Modules
If a user deactivates a yearly module within the first 60 days, a prorated refund will be issued for the unused portion of the year. After 60 days, no refund will be provided, and the module will continue until the renewal date.
6. Modifications to the Refund Policy
AALA Store reserves the right to modify or update this refund policy at any time. Any changes will be communicated to users in advance, and the new policy will take effect immediately after publication. Users are encouraged to review this policy periodically for updates.
7. Legal Disclaimer
This refund policy is subject to applicable laws and regulations. In case of a dispute, both AALA Store and the user agree to resolve the matter through the dispute resolution process outlined in the Terms of Service.
